New Publication: Targeting the cGAS-STING Pathway in Huntington Disease

We are pleased to announce the publication of our latest study in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS). This work builds upon our laboratory's earlier discovery that the cGAS-STING pathway is activated in Huntington's disease and contributes to neuroinflammation.
In our previous study, we identified cGAS-STING signaling as an important mediator of disease-associated inflammatory responses. Our new findings extend this work by demonstrating that targeting this pathway can mitigate Huntington's disease pathogenesis, supporting its potential as a therapeutic strategy.
This publication represents another important step in our laboratory's long-term mission to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying Huntington's disease and to translate fundamental biological discoveries into therapeutic opportunities.
